Prodware Belgium is currently looking for an “Account Executive”. This person will be responsible for sales (both new business and installed base) in Flanders. We are open to freshly graduates or more experienced profiles. The B2B Account Executive will be working in Flanders and Brussels, with ERP and CRM customers and prospects. He/She will integrate the Belgium Sales & Marketing team.

 

As well as approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business; he/she will work to maintain good relationships with existing customers, gaining repeat business wherever possible. The sales industry is target driven and as a consequence the work can sometimes be demanding and pressurized

 

Profile:

 

Possess a post-secondary degree (BAC+3).

Be native Dutch speaking.

Speak English

Be very enthusiast about IT world.

Have a driver license.

Be able to use Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Function:

 

listening to customer requirements and presenting the right solution appropriately;

maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone and emails;

cold calling to arrange meetings with prospect for new business;

responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;

acting as a contact between Prodware and its existing and potential markets;

negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;

gathering market and customer information;

representing Prodware at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;

negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;

challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;

advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;

creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer;

recording sales and order information into our CRM system;

reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;

gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements;

Maintaining commication with software suppliers (mainly Microsoft).

attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
